Supervise and collaborate with the team on-site to guarantee that project objectives and deadlines are fulfilled. Carry out project designs, which include landscape installation, upkeep, and improvement. Monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Develop, coach, and inspire team members to attain excellence in work performance and productivity. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires. Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. Conduct regular inspections and quality control assessments to maintain high standards of workmanship. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors etc. to address concerns and ensure satisfaction. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
