Title Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Conducts routine inspection of the all kind of Buildings, Roads, and Reservoirs, Sport Facilities and utilities services such as Irrigation Net Work, Portable Water Net Work, Sewage drainage network, surface water drainage network etc. and preparation of snags report to send to the Maintenance Contractor Develop preventive maintenance schedule for building and facilities related maintenance and present the plan to the Head of Civil & Project Section and other Heads of Section in the Technical Services for comments and constraints Supervise and ensure the implementation of the approved preventive maintenance plan Perform other job duties as necessary and as directed by operations & maintenance Engineers of QU.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (Minimum 2 years academic + One year in-plant Training Course is preferred) in a recognized university or college.

5 years of construction project and/or civil maintenance experience in university or a construction services/maintenance organization.
