Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for pipeline and trenching operations.
Ensure all works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and ADNOC standards.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and HSE personnel.
Attend site inspections with ADNOC representatives and consultants.
Ensure safety compliance and proper housekeeping at all times.
Maintain site records, daily reports, and progress tracking.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering (Bachelor's Degree is a plus).
6-8 years of site supervision experience in civil works, especially pipeline and trenching.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in ADNOC projects is required.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC construction standards and safety procedures.
Excellent site coordination and team management skills.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
