Salary: AED 12,000 per month
Qualification (minimum): Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Any certifications in Civil related works, excavation, joint pits would be an added advantage

• Experience (minimum): 10 to 12 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years in in brown field projects within Oil & Gas industry at supervisory level.
• Experience in excavation, trenching, duct bank construction

& Responsibilities:

• The Civil Supervisor will oversee the civil and structural aspects of the 18 km, 33kV high-voltage cable installation project at Company's offshore sites.
• Responsible for supervising excavation, trenching, duct bank construction, joint pit preparation, backfilling, and site restoration per Company specifications and ADNOC HSE requirements.
• The supervisor will coordinate with contractors, field teams, and Engineers while reporting progress to the Company Field Office in Abu Dhabi.
• Supervise trench excavation, sand bedding, and installation of protection tiles/warning tapes, monitor material handling for sand bedding, protective covers, and concrete works.
• Oversee the construction of joint pits, duct banks, manholes, and underground enclosures, ensure proper backfilling, compaction, and reinstatement of site conditions.
• Ensure proper disposal of excavated materials as per environmental regulations, coordinate with electrical teams to ensure timely site readiness for cable installation.
• Timely execution of trenching and civil works per project schedule.
• Adherence to excavation safety standards and PTW compliance.
• Successful handover of prepared sites for cable laying without rework.
• Minimal downtime due to quality issues or safety violations.
• Accurate and timely reporting of project progress.

Job Specific Skills:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, excavation safety, and site surveying.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6 for project planning.
• Ability to lead teams, troubleshoot issues, and make critical site decisions.
• Experience in project execution, contractor management, and cost control.
• Understanding of tendering, procurement, and logistics coordination, ensuring compliance with project budgets, optimizing material availability, and mitigating supply chain risks to enhance project efficiency and minimize delays., ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely material delivery, and risk mitigation to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
