We are hiring a Civil Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience in maintenance and renovation for our Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise maintenance and renovation works across villas, apartments
Review drawings and material specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Handle material and manpower planning, including quantity take-off and cost estimation.
Oversee bathroom and house renovations, including tiling, waterproofing, ceiling, flooring, and wall finishes, ensuring high quality and safety standards.
Prepare and submit daily site progress reports and client quotations.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions when needed.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Supervisor
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of civil finishes and maintenance materials
Confident in client communication and site coordination
UAE Driving License is preferred and an added advantage.

English, Urdu, Hindi (Required)
