Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Civil Supervisor

with strong experience in

interior fit-out projects

. The ideal candidate will oversee all on-site civil and finishing works, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site civil and interior fit-out works, including finishing, partitioning, flooring, and ceiling works Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects Monitor project schedules, track progress, and report updates to senior management Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications Inspect work to identify defects and implement corrective measures promptly Manage material delivery, usage, and ensure optimal resource allocation Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, site instructions, and progress updates Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for approvals and site coordination

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and interior fit-out works Experience managing multiple subcontractors on site Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and local practices Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and team management capabilities Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or civil supervision Experience in high-rise or large-scale commercial/residential projects is a plus

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
