Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor civil and structural work at project sites.
Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained on site.
Prepare daily progress reports and assist in scheduling work activities.
Handle manpower allocation and monitor subcontractor performance.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Civil Supervisor (preferably in Metro or infrastructure projects).
Good communication and leadership skills.
Must have a valid
QID
and be available for immediate joining.
