The Landscaping / Site Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of landscaping projects by overseeing site activities, coordinating teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and collaborate with on-site teams to ensure project objectives, timelines, and milestones are achieved.
Execute and oversee landscaping projects, including installation, maintenance, and enhancement works.
Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical specifications, and safety standards.
Develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve excellence in productivity and work performance.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials, plants, and equipment.
Assist in developing and implementing training programs for new hires and junior staff.
Manage materials, equipment, and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members at all times.
