Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site fit-out works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, and civil activities
Manage foremen, subcontractors, and labor teams for timely execution
Plan daily activities, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and enforce quality and safety standards
Conduct inspections, identify defects, and drive corrective actions promptly
Coordinate materials, approvals, and deliveries to prevent delays
Maintain site reports, progress updates, and records
Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams for approvals and coordination
Ensure strict compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum
3 years hands-on interior fit-out or civil supervision experience
Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, safety, and site protocols
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and schedules
Proven leadership, decisive problem-solving, and clear communication skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
