Civil Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil construction activities including RCC, block work, plastering, finishing, and related works
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety rules, HSE standards, and Dubai Municipality regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
Identify and resolve on-site issues and technical problems
Maintain proper records of work progress, material consumption, and daily reports
Ensure quality control and timely completion of assigned tasks
Assist in inspections with consultants and clients
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum
3-7 years of experience
as a Civil Supervisor in the UAE Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices Familiarity with Dubai Municipality rules, local codes, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good leadership and team management skills Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred Skills
Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise projects Strong communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Multitasking and time management skills
