About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of our Infrastructure maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors
Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
Monitor and enforce safety regulations and quality control measures on construction sites
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
Manage project budgets and resources, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports for management
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes
Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to strategic decision-making processes
What do we need from you
Bachelor's degree OR Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with a focus on Infrastructure Projects
* Valid UAE Driving License
