Job Description

We are seeking a

Site Supervisor with strong civil and maintenance works experience

to join our team in Dubai. This is a

full-time, on-site role

responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing labor and materials, ensuring quality, and coordinating subcontractors in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise

civil works

and coordinate daily site activities. Ensure execution aligns with

approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Manage

labor, materials, and subcontractors

efficiently. Maintain

daily site reports

, including attendance, progress, and material delivery logs. Inspect works regularly to identify and eliminate

safety hazards.

Enforce

safety protocols and site discipline.

Verify measurements and leveling accuracy using appropriate tools. Collaborate with

MEP and civil teams

to ensure smooth coordination. Conduct

quality checks

and resolve on-site issues promptly. Provide updates on

project progress, manpower, and timelines.

Ensure completion of work as per

project deadlines and client standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

7 years of experience

in site supervision for civil works

projects.

Strong knowledge of

civil and MEP coordination

(added advantage). Ability to read and interpret

architectural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred (not required).

UAE experience preferred; GCC experience required.

UAE Driving License

is an advantage. Must be able to

join immediately

or within a short notice period. Excellent

communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to

work under pressure
