Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers for efficient workflow.
Enforce safety regulations and monitor proper use of PPE and equipment.
Assign tasks to site workers and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
Arrange transport for workers to and from the site.
4+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to read construction drawings and manage site operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
