Minimum 4 Years of UAE fitout experience

Key Responsibilities
:
Supervise and manage all civil and interior fit-out works at site including partitions, ceiling, flooring, joinery installation, and finishes.
Ensure that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate daily with MEP, architectural, and subcontractor teams to avoid clashes and delays.
Monitor progress, material usage, and manpower deployment.
Maintain site records including daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material deliveries.
Conduct quality checks and ensure corrective actions for non-conformities.
Enforce health and safety standards on-site.
Assist in resolving technical issues and RFIs with consultants and designers.
Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams for timely delivery of materials.
Attend regular project/site meetings and report updates to the Project Manager.
