Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and well-presented Site Supervisor to oversee fit-out and decor installation projects, including flooring and decorative wall panels. The role involves supervising site execution, handling a team of carpenters and flooring technicians, preparing estimates and BOQs, ensuring team mobilization, and assisting in promoting the company's installation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for flooring and decor panel installations.

Lead, allocate tasks, and monitor the performance of carpenters and flooring technicians.

Manage team mobilisation - ensure timely deployment of manpower, tools, and materials at sites.

Conduct site measurements, prepare cost estimates, and develop accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Plan site logistics, coordinate schedules, and allocate resources efficiently.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal management.

Support in marketing and promoting fit-out and decor installation services to walk-in or project clients.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and highlight any site issues.

Oversee cost control, material usage, and productivity at sites.

Requirements:

1-3 years of UAE experience in fit-out, flooring, or interior works supervision.

Strong knowledge of flooring and decorative panel installation methods.

Ability to prepare accurate BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.

Proven skills in team mobilisation and workforce coordination.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and client communication skills.

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Languages: Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi; Arabic is an added advantage.

Presentable, well-mannered, and capable of client-facing interactions.

Ability to join immediately preferred.
