We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Civil Supervisor

to lead and oversee civil works on various construction and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality execution, timely completion, and smooth coordination between site teams and project stakeholders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise all civil site activities, including groundwork, concrete works, blockwork, plastering, tiling, painting, and other finishing works. Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards. Lead, motivate, and manage site labor and subcontractors to achieve daily and weekly targets. Coordinate closely with MEP teams and other trades to ensure seamless integration of works and avoid delays. Monitor site progress and resource utilization, and report regularly to Project Manager. Conduct inspections, ensure safety compliance, and enforce site safety procedures. Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation including daily progress reports, quality checklists, and material usage records. Address and resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly in collaboration with engineers and consultants. Facilitate site meetings and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2 years' experience in civil supervision, preferably in construction and interior fit-out projects. Thorough knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and standards. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with site safety standards and practices. Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting. Ability to read, interpret, and understand AutoCAD drawings and technical plans to ensure accurate site execution. Valid driving license (UAE preferred).
