Kehlan Pools is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Civil Supervisor
to oversee on-site execution of swimming pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works, with hands-on experience in managing swimming pool structures, finishes, and coordination with MEP teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities related to swimming pool construction (excavation, concrete work, tiling, etc.).
Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely completion.
Monitor quality, safety, and technical standards as per project specifications.
Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently on site.
Maintain site progress reports, daily logs, and material records.
Resolve site issues and escalate technical challenges when required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2-4 years of proven experience in
swimming pool construction
or related civil projects.
Strong knowledge of concrete work, waterproofing, finishing works, and pool-related structures.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent site supervision, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with site safety practices and quality control procedures.
Valid driving license preferred.
