Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Supervisor

to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities related to civil works. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and site engineers for timely execution of work. Ensure proper implementation of construction plans and schedules. Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to prevent wastage and delays. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material consumption. Address on-site issues promptly and report major concerns to project management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a civil supervisor role. Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Proficient in using MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
