Job Description

We seek a multiskilled Civil Finishing Worker with an eye for detail to execute minor civil works and maintenance tasks, ensuring first-time approval from consultants/clients.

You'll be the go to expert for painting, tiling, grouting, and gypsum repairs in high-end environments.

Key Responsibilities


1. Precision Finishing & Maintenance

? Execute painting (emulsion, enamel, textures) with zero drips or uneven coats. ? Perform tiling (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic) including cutting, laying, and grouting. ? Repair gypsum boards, cornices, and ceiling moldings to seamless finishes. ? Address crack repairs, grouting, and waterproofing for longevity.

2. Consultant-Grade Workmanship

? Deliver finishes that pass third-party inspections (e.g., Dubai Municipality, consultant snagging). ? Rectify defects from other trades (e.g., filling gaps left by MEP teams).

3. Multiskilled Adaptability

? Assist in minor carpentry (skirting, door adjustments). ? Support wrapping teams with surface prep (sanding, priming).

4. Compliance & Safety

? Follow material specs (e.g., Jotun paints, Ardex grouts). ? Adhere to FIDIC standards for finishes in luxury projects.

Qualifications & Skills


? Experience: ? 5+ years in finishing/maintenance for villas, hotels, or high-rises (UAE/GCC preferred). ? Portfolio of consultant-approved projects (photos/videos required).

? Technical Skills: ? Mastery of trowelling, sanding, and touch-up techniques. ? Ability to match existing finishes (paint colours, tile patterns). ? Familiarity with snagging lists and defect resolution.
