Job Description

:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage various sites involving fit-out , modifcation work and minor civil construction activities . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising works such as office partitions, painting, epoxy flooring, joinery, ceiling works, metal fabrication, self-levelling, waterproofing systems, and other civil-related maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities related to fit-out , modifcation works and minor civil works.

Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Evaluate commercial proposals by understanding market material rates and job unit rates.

Ensure timely execution of work as per drawings and scope of work, including:

Office partitions

Wall finishes

Epoxy and self-levelling floor coatings

Waterproofing systems

Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project managers to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Inspect materials, work progress, and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.

Enforce site safety standards and ensure overall cleanliness of the work area.

Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.

Identify and resolve any on-site issues to avoid project delays.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in civil and interior fit-out projects.

UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and supervise execution accordingly.

Preferred:

Previous experience in commercial or office fit-out projects within the UAE.

Familiarity with local materials, vendors, and subcontractors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
