Skilled in ensuring project execution as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Capable of managing site teams, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and clients for timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Monitor labor and material usage, report site progress, and identify delays or risks.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Conduct site inspections, prepare daily reports, and attend site meetings with the project team.
Assist in resolving on-site technical and work execution issues.
Maintain clear communication between management and workforce to ensure smooth operations.
