Supervise daily civil works including concrete, masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage
Ensure site safety rules and quality standards are followed
Report daily work progress to the Project Engineer / Manager
Identify and resolve site issues promptly
Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule
Check workmanship and ensure high-quality finishing
Assist in site measurements and material planning
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in building construction or interior fit-out works
Good knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Good communication and team coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience in GCC projects will be an added advantage
