To supervise/manage efficient execution of various civil maintenance/repair/casual jobs.
Responsibilities
Supervise/Monitor repair and CJs of day-to-day activities with a strong understanding/knowledge of the below works
Painting,Epoxy,Water proofing,Flooring (PVC, Screed, Tiles, Granite, Marble),InterlockGypsum Works
Manage and lead the team (contractors), attend meeting with the team and contractor for coordination and any clarification to ensure compliance.
Monitor appointed contractor for the required additional services to ensure completion on time and work completed as per standard.
Coordinate, evaluate and certify contracted works, reactive and corrective works ensuring works completed is as per scope of work and complete as per standard and requirement.
Collect job tasks from Facility Manager and implement them in allotted timeframe. Attend operation concerns and coordinate with different operation team including Engineers, procurement & finance.
Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering
5 + years of experience in Middle east.
Knowledge of Methods statement, Risk assessment, and MSDS for below items as per Quality control, painting, Epoxy, water proofing, flooring (PVC, screed, tiles, granite, marble), interlock, Gypsum works, coring, Doors/Entrances (wood, glass)
