Job Summary:

To receive helpdesk tickets for all civil maintenance work and manage completion of them. To oversee all civil works in various branches and performance of technicians. To oversee Civil Engineering at DLP stage. To participate in technical meetings and to provide robust and optimum solutions for technical issues arising during complaints, modification, and any new requirement from the branch. Review of all the daily calls, assign people and support organising materials, take feedback and update in the system accordingly. Plan PPM for major civil activities and monitor the performance. Plan for stocking spares and review of stock for availability at all time. To provide technical directives and recommendations that adds value to the stores.

Inspect stores and support team for quality, performance, onsite training for CM, PPM.

Estimation for materials, costing, manpower for CM, retrofit and modification work and manage subcontractor's work.

Certifying field works inspection report after completion of works

Assigning and managing sub-contractors works
Major Dutles and Responsibilities:

Attend to all civil, plumbing & drainage faults, masonry, painting, welding, carpentry, emergency and reactive maintenance services reported and advised Facilitate coordination and communication within Groups, to support smooth day-to-day operations and improvement activities. Ensure full compliance with maintenance as per company procedures and directives.
Create, review, and approve procedures as directed by Quality Systems and follow quality control procedures.
Participate in information generation related to the development in collaboration with all stakeholders. Attend all regular technical coordination meetings during technical performance review. Provide technical support as and when requested by Director/Manager during project's construction phase
Site inspections of civil works, plumbing equipment's installation works whenever required. When required, accompany the Contractors in witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests, assessing production facilities, reviewing mock-ups and samples Provide timely reports and feedback on all works undertaken to the Line Manager. Carry out additional tasks assigned in civil field or other domains as appropriately delegated by the Line Manager. Liaise with all the stores, Finance, Admin, Audit and Safety Departments for smooth operation and compliance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an internationally recognized accredited University or 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from polytechnic college.
Grade "A" certification from MME Committee for Accreditation of Engineers & Consultancy Offices.
Continuous training through attending seminars, workshops, papers writing and pursuance of any other relevant certification

Experience:

A Minimum Three (03) years of professional experience in building services Engineering or Maintenance services or Facilities Management Company for Degree holder or Minimum eight (08) years of service with similar industries for Diploma holders.

A proven, successful track record of consistent achievement in Maintenance services or Facilities Management Company
Working knowledge in the GCC countries.

Skills:

General knowledge of computer programs relevant to the Departmental requirements including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation, etc.). Working knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage. Qatar Driving license is a must.
