Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of civil and fit-out works.
Ensure proper implementation of finishing works such as partitions, flooring, ceilings, carpentry, painting, and other interior-related tasks.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Prepare daily progress reports and submit updates to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Verify material availability and coordinate timely delivery to avoid delays.
Assist in resolving site issues and technical challenges promptly.
Ensure proper supervision of manpower and monitor productivity.
Maintain documentation including site logs, checklists, and inspection reports.
Liaise with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals when required.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as Civil/ Site Supervisor in fit-out or interior projects.
Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
