Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily site activities for civil and fit-out works.
Coordinate with Office, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Manage labor, materials, and site resources efficiently.
Review drawings and provide technical guidance during execution.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project management on site status.
Handle snagging, finishing, and final handover procedures.
Requirements:
Diploma or Equivalent in Civil or related field.
Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and material usage.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid UAE manual driving license
required.
