Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site civil works, including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations. Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to foremen, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project timelines. Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements. Review and interpret drawings, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with engineers and consultants. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection requests. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site. Verify quantities, monitor material usage, and support procurement as required. Assist in inspections, testing, and handover of completed civil works. Provide technical guidance and on-site solutions to teams during execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure). Strong knowledge of civil/structural works, finishing activities, and construction methodologies. Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Good leadership and team management skills for supervising workers and subcontractors. Strong communication and coordination abilities with consultants and project teams. Familiarity with local authority standards and submission requirements (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Emaar, Trakhees, etc.). Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
