Job Description
Qualifications.
Bachelors degree in civil engineering
or
3-Year Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3 To 5 years of experience in civil maintenance, preferably in event-based venue ,Airport ,Oil and gas industry ,or any other high-traffic environment.Skills Required.
knowledge of
CAFM systems
, Ms office (specificallyExcel
) andemail communication
.Strong understanding of
HSE procedures
and permit systems.Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure.
Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities.
Supervise civil maintenance works like painting, carpentry, masonry (tiling, plastering, concrete patching etc ) as well as to provide technical support to ground team.
Snag event areas before handover and ensure all civil issues are resolved and post event damages are reported.
Lead plan and manage multiple civil teams across different locations.
Update and close work orders using the
CAFM system
based on its priority /SLA timeline.Close coordination with store team to ensure availability of required and place order for material required for civil works.
Prepare estimates /quote by calculating required manpower and material to perform any task.
Communicate via
Prepare
Method of Statements (MOS)
for civil tasks.Apply for and manage
work permits
in coordination with HSE and client teams.Follow all
HSE guidelines
and ensure team compliance.* Work under pressure during event preparations and respond quickly to urgent tasks.
