Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil works including excavation, concreting, block works, plastering, and finishing
Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers
Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Engineer/Manager
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies
Check materials, workmanship, and quality of work on-site
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and manpower
Identify and resolve site issues promptly
Assist in inspections and site handover activities
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures
