Supervise and coordinate all
civil construction activities
on site, including excavation, concrete works, formwork, rebar, finishing, and related activities. Ensure civil works are executed in accordance withapproved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules
. Monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, and work progress to meet project targets. Coordinate withengineering, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams
to resolve site-related issues. Ensure strict compliance withHSE regulations
and promote safe working practices. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address non-conformances. Support planning and execution to achieve timely completion of assigned works. Maintain daily reports on progress, manpower, materials, and equipment. Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on site.Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of relevant UAE experience
as a Civil Supervisor. Experience inoil & gas, refinery, or large industrial projects
is preferred. Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site execution. Ability toread and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements
. Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Knowledge ofHSE standards
and site safety practices. Physically fit and able to work under site conditions.Interview & Mobilization:
