Job Description

One of the reputed General Contracting companies in UAE is looking for a Civil Supervisor. The candidate must have relevant experience in similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites. Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities, manage resources (tools, materials, labor), and maintain site organization. Quality Control: Inspect work, ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards, and implement corrective actions. Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety policies, conduct safety briefings, and ensure a safe working environment. Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure the timely completion of tasks. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work. Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities. Order and manage materials required for finishing work.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in finishing works on construction sites. Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes and materials. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
