. The candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with the project team to complete tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor civil and decoration works on-site.
Plan and allocate manpower and materials.
Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of interior/exterior decoration and finishing works.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
