Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including structural, RCC, finishing, and infrastructure works.
Monitor labor and material usage to ensure effective resource management.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and other departments for smooth execution.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.
Prepare daily reports on labor, progress, and any site issues.
Identify and resolve any site-related problems or delays.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Report work progress and site status to the Site Engineer or Project Manager regularly.
