We are seeking an experienced

Civil Supervisor

with at least

5 years of experience

in managing civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising site operations, managing a team of workers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, including workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Ensure that the construction work complies with UAE regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work and ensure adherence to project specifications and plans. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to meet project milestones and deliverables. Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports to the project management team. Resolve any site issues or challenges promptly to avoid project delays. Coordinate the delivery of materials, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth operations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure all workers are following safety standards. Review and approve site-related documents, including daily logs, time sheets, and material requests. Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation for all construction activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

as a Civil Supervisor in the construction industry. Proven track record in managing civil projects in the UAE (roadworks, drainage systems, utilities, etc.). Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality). Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team of workers and subcontractors. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Preferred

: Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects. Knowledge of local building regulations, permits, and safety standards. Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred

: Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
