We are hiring a Civil Supervisor with 2-4 years experience for our Facilities Management company in Abu Dhabi.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Site Civil Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team, with strong experience in maintenance and renovation projects
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance and renovation works on-site
Review drawings, material specs, and ensure quality standards
Manage manpower and material planning
Coordinate with clients and internal teams
Prepare daily progress reports to PE/PM and client quotations
Lead site teams and subcontractors effectively
Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Site Civil Supervisor
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of civil finishes and maintenance materials
Confident in client communication and site coordination
Language:
English, Urdu, Hindi (Required)
License/Certification:
Driving Licence (Required)
