We are looking for candidates with extensive knowledge and working experience in Maintenance/Renovation field.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience as site civil supervisor in UAE.
Preferably with valid UAE Driving License.
Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and maintenance material requirements.
Material and manpower planning and management.
Should be able to independently handle sites.
Prepare daily site progress reports to PE/PM.
Fluency in English and confidence in talking with clients is required.
Project planning and coordination.
Supervise workers and subcontractors.
Supervise and inspect daily maintenance work activities.
Preparing quotations for clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED 2,200.00 - AED 2,800.00 per month
