Position: Civil Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Civilwith experience in FM industry in the UAE. Education: Bachelors Degree orDiploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: 3-5 years\' experience, at least 2years in FM industry: Conversant and aware of current building maintenancesolutions and building construction techniques. Provision of technical support- scope preparation, attention to detail and support in executing the works -contractor and site management related to Architectural, Building and CivilEngineering maintenance techniques. Assist the management in efficientlyoperating the Permit to Work System. Carry out site inspections with thesubcontractors and explain the scope of work in detail to ensure consistency inthe quotes received. Carries-out inspection work related to the preliminary andfinal "handing-over" of various projects Liaise with site engineersregarding daily progress and day to day task of work force at site.
Candidate with Offshore experience preferred
Salary: AED 4000- 5000 + FAT + other benefits as perUAE law
