Civil & Structural Engineer
Job Description
Design and analyze reinforced concrete and steel structures for water and wastewater treatment plants, including tanks, slabs, foundations, and pipe racks.Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs in coordination with design and drafting teams.Support site execution teams with construction drawings, design clarifications, and technical support.Conduct structural analysis using software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000.Ensure designs comply with relevant international standards (ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.) and local regulations.Collaborate closely with process, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integrated designs.Review vendor and subcontractor drawings for compliance with civil/structural requirements.Perform site inspections, structural assessments, and quality checks during construction phases.Assist in proposal preparation and technical submittals for civil/structural scope.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
