is seeking aCivil/Structural Engineer
with experience invilla structural design and site supervision
. The ideal candidate will work on residential projects across Dubai, handling structural calculations, drawings, and site inspections.Key Responsibilities:
Design structural systems for G+1/G+2 villas Prepare and review structural drawings Conduct site supervision and ensure compliance with approved drawings. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in villa projects in Dubai. Proficient in ETABS, Safe, SAP, Prokon, STAAD Pro etc. UAE Driving License is a Must.
