Job Description
The role requires a
Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
with5-8 years of experience
in the design and analysis of civil and structural works forpetrochemical and industrial facilities
.The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for:
Structural design, analysis, and detailing of
industrial structures
, includingsteel and concrete systems, foundations, pipe racks, and equipment structures
. Preparing and reviewingdesign calculations, drawings, and technical specifications
. Ensuring compliance withSaudi Building Codes
,ACI
,ASCE
,ASTM
,IBC
, and other applicable international standards. Coordinating withmultidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, and contractors
. Conductingsite visits, data collection, and inspections
when required. Preparingtechnical reports
and supporting internal/clientdesign review meetings
. Supportingproject planning and scheduling
for civil/structural deliverables. Ensuring that all engineering outputs meetsafety, quality, and regulatory requirements
.Certification Requirement
Professional Engineer (PE) - Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) (Mandatory)
Preferred Skills & Tools
Hands-on experience with
STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit
(or equivalent software) Strong working knowledge ofSaudi codes and American standards
Familiarity withproject execution in the GCC region
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork abilities
