About the Role:

Al Ebdaa Engineering Consulting is looking for a skilled and motivated

Civil Structural Design Engineer

to join our growing team in Ajman. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in structural design within the UAE--preferably in the Northern Emirates--and be familiar with local design codes and construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct structural analysis and design for a wide range of projects including villas, G+8 buildings, and mosques.

Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international structural design standards.

Prepare and review design drawings, technical reports, and contract documents.

Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to meet project requirements.

Perform site visits and inspections to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs.

Mentor and support junior engineers and draftsmen throughout project development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum

2 years of proven experience in the UAE

in structural design and analysis.

Proficiency in structural design tools (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, PROKON) and AutoCAD.

In-depth knowledge of local municipality standards and submission procedures.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluency in Arabic (required).

Valid UAE Driving License (required).
