Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all
fit-out activities
including civil, architectural, and finishing works
Review and implement
approved shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
Ensure works are carried out as per
project specifications, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate with
MEP teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Monitor site progress and prepare
daily/weekly site reports
Ensure
materials, manpower, and equipment
are available as per project schedule
Conduct site inspections and resolve
technical and execution issues
Ensure compliance with
HSE regulations
and company safety policies
Coordinate inspections and approvals with
consultants and authorities
Assist in
snagging, de-snagging, and handover
of completed works
Maintain proper site documentation and as-built drawings
