Job Description

Job Title:

Civil Site Engineer - Warehouse Construction Experience

Job Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities for

warehouse projects

. Review and interpret

construction drawings, structural layouts, and architectural plans

. Plan, monitor, and execute works related to

footings, steel structures, C-channels, purlins, and sandwich panel installation

. Ensure all civil, structural, and finishing works are carried out as per

approved drawings, specifications, and UAE construction standards

. Coordinate with

MEP, safety, and subcontractor teams

to ensure smooth site progress. Prepare

daily site reports, progress reports, and material consumption logs

. Verify material quality and quantity as per approved submittals and ensure proper site storage and handling. Conduct inspections and ensure

compliance with HSE regulations

and company policies. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities (e.g.,

ADM, Civil Defense, Municipality

) for inspections and approvals. Assist in preparing

as-built drawings

and documentation for project handover. Manage manpower allocation and site productivity to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:



Ready to Join (Immediately)

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

(or equivalent). Minimum

5 years of experience

in UAE construction industry (preferably warehouse / industrial buildings). Strong knowledge of

C-channel structures, sandwich panel works, foundation and footing detailing

. Familiar with

UAE construction codes and authority approval procedures

. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. UAE

driving license
