Job Description
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred but not required). 3-4 years of proven experience in construction or contracting firms. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and relevant civil engineering software. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise site works as per approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards Manage day-to-day site activities, including supervising site labor and subcontractors Ensure compliance with authority codes and manage approvals/inspections. Review and prepare method statements, shop drawings, material submittals and schedules. Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources using project management tools. Conduct QA/QC site inspections ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Implement approved site procedures by verifying works with approved drawings, method statements, specifications, and material samples. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical/site issues. Prepare progress reports, RFIs, variation claims, and as-built drawings. Support the Project Manager in overall project delivery and risk management Manage Authority approvals and coordinate all other authority inspections.
