Job Title:

Site Engineer

Experience Required:

3 to 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion as per drawings, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with Project Engineer, Project Manager, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of work. Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications. Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards and company quality procedures. Prepare daily progress reports, inspection reports, and other documentation as required. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure optimum utilization. Ensure site safety measures are implemented and followed as per company and client HSE policies. Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities and project timelines. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding technical and progress matters. Identify and report technical issues or design discrepancies to the concerned authority for resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction / waterproofing / infrastructure projects. Strong technical knowledge of drawings, site execution, and quality control. Good understanding of HSE practices and site management. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD (added advantage). UAE driving license preferred.
