Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our engineering consultancy firm in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate must have Sharjah Municipality approval for G+7 category and possess a

maximum of 5 years

of hands-on experience in civil site engineering

within Sharjah

.

A valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Coordinate and supervise construction activities in accordance with approved drawings and Sharjah Municipality regulations. Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Ensure that all work is carried out according to approved method statements and technical specifications. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues on site. Manage inspections and approvals from relevant Sharjah authorities and stakeholders. Ensure timely execution of project milestones while maintaining cost efficiency and safety standards. Review and verify structural drawings and BOQs as per site requirements. Attend site meetings and provide regular updates to the project management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Sharjah Municipality approval (G+7 Category) is mandatory.

1 -5 years maximum of UAE- Sharjah experience.

Proven track record of managing and supervising civil construction sites. Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Sharjah Municipality regulations, and local site practices. Experience in Structural Desing is a plus. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other site engineering tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Valid UAE driving license and own car are required.

Must be Arabic speaker with strong English language skills.
