Job Description
We are looking for a
Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Civil Site Engineer
to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance withDM regulations
and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with contractors and authorities.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction activities
on-site
, ensuring compliance withDM-approved drawings and regulations
. Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Coordinate withcontractors, consultants, and Dubai Municipality inspectors
for approvals and inspections. Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Ensure proper execution of civil works, including foundation, concrete, and finishing works. Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs. Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction. Ensure adherence toproject timelines, budgets, and safety protocols
.Requirements:
DM Approval
is mandatory. Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering
or a related field.[X] years of experience
in site supervision, preferably in Dubai/UAE. Strong knowledge ofDubai Municipality building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations
. Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software
. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
* Driving License (Preferred)
