The

Site Civil Engineer

will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering aspects of construction projects on-site. This role involves ensuring projects are completed according to design specifications, within budget, and on schedule, while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

Oversee and manage day-to-day civil engineering activities on-site. Ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors and other on-site personnel.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards. Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies.

Project Management:

Monitor project progress and report on status to project managers. Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets. Manage and maintain accurate site records and documentation.

Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. Conduct safety meetings and inspections. Address and resolve any safety concerns.

Technical Support:

Provide technical support and guidance to on-site personnel. Interpret and implement engineering drawings and specifications. Resolve technical problems and provide solutions.

Material Management:

Monitor material deliveries and usage. Ensure that materials meet the project specifications.

Reporting:

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports of site progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

5 to 7 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license, is an advantage.

Experience with high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, villas, infrastructure projects.
