Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor all landscape construction activities, including softscape and hardscape works. Review and interpret landscape drawings, shop drawings, project specifications, and method statements. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work. Ensure proper installation of irrigation systems, planting works, paving, curbstones, soil preparation, and related landscape elements. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and material requests. Resolve site issues, technical problems, and discrepancies promptly. Verify completed works for approval and assist with handover documentation. Ensure all work is completed within approved timelines and budget.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in landscape or civil site engineering. Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape construction. Familiarity with irrigation systems, soil types, and plant materials is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading construction drawings. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in villa, park, or community landscape projects. Knowledge of project quality and safety procedures. Ability to coordinate with consultants and client representatives.
