to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will supervise, coordinate, and manage civil construction activities on site to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on technical and operational matters.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Review and interpret drawings, plans, and project documentation.
Monitor progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update project schedules.
Assist in material procurement, inspection, and approval of work.
Identify and resolve technical issues on site to avoid delays.
Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or equivalent.
3-7 years
of experience as a Site Engineer in a contracting company (UAE/GCC preferred).
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
Knowledge of
high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects
is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
